F1 Manager 23 gives me that opportunity and more. It’s a game that combines management, strategy, and racing elements in a realistic and immersive way.

The main purpose of this blog post is to review the game and to promote my YouTube series about it. I’ve been uploading videos of me playing F1 Manager 23 on the PC platform and sharing my experience and tips with you guys. You have to balance your resources, manage your team morale, deal with the board expectations, and cope with the unexpected events that can happen during a race. You also have to compete with other teams and drivers, who have their own personalities, strengths, weaknesses, and agendas. You have to be smart, creative, and adaptable to succeed in this game.
